Coach Mendenhall has played Softball since the age of 7 and starting pitching at the age of 11. In all 4 years of High School, she played Varsity Softball, was first team All-Conference all 4 years and State MVP. Coach Mendenhall received a full ride scholarship to the University of New Mexico. Coach Mendenhall comes highly experience in pitching and has coached privately for the past 15 years. She has been a Head Varsity coach for a local High School and in 2019, she was the first base coach for the Medford Rogues. Her Major in College was Kinesiology and Physics. She wanted a complete understanding of the body and what causes the ball to move the way it does.

Goal for each athlete:

Coach Mendenhall believes that by providing the athlete with an understanding of how their body works and how it correlates to the ball response, will make them the best player they can be; not only physically, but mentally as well.  Teaching the athlete how to correct where they are struggling is a huge confidence boost for each player. This is how they learn to rely only on themselves for correction in the game. Coach Mendenhall strives to teach each athlete to become their own coach.
